Der Genosphere Biotechnologies Custom Peptide Synthesis Service synthetisiert kundenspezifische Peptide standardmäßig bis zu einer Länge von 80 AS.

Gegenion / Counter ion : Standard : TFA; Optional: HCl; Acetat, Carbonat

Die Reinheit der Peptide wird durch RP-HPLC Reinigung gewährleistet. Sie erhalten Ihr Peptid in der gewünschten Menge und der gewünschten Reinheit - Garantiert !

Für längere Peptide steht Ihnen auch unser Proteinexpressionsservice zur Verfügung !

Wir stellen ihre Peptide im [mg], [g] und [kg] Maßstab her ( SPPS und LPPS).

Sie erhalten die nach ihren Sequenzvorgaben synthetisierten Peptide in fünf definierten Reinheitsstufen: >70%, >80%, >90%, >95%, >99% (RP-HPLC).
Alle Peptide werden - sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde - mittels HPLC gereinigt und durch MS (z.B. MALDI-TOF / ESI) verifiziert.

Auf Wunsch können wir Ihnen die Peptide auch „crude“ an Harz (Resin) gebunden zur Verfügung stellen. Bei dieser Reinheitsstufe erstellen wir Ihnen jedoch nur optional ein MS von einer kleinen abgelösten Peptid-Probe.

Standardmäßig erhalten Sie die Peptide mit freien „N- bzw. C“ Enden. Also mit freien Amino- und Carboxy (COOH; OH) Enden.

N- und C-terminale Modifikationen, wie z.B. N-Acetylierung und C-Amidierung usw. stehen in großer Anzahl zur Auswahl.
